Prices

Rental conditions

• The above prices must be increased with a one-time sum of EUR 120 for mandatory cleaning of the apartment and key management;
• Rent of bed linen and towels is optional and is EUR 17/person;
• Water in WIFI/Internet are free; Electricity is charged separately based on actual consumption (EUR 0.45/unit);
• In July and August the apartments are not rented out on a monthly basis;
• When renting on a monthly basis, the arrival is always from the beginning of the month to the end of the month (otherwise a calculation will be made on a weekly basis);
• When signing the lease, an advance of 40% must be paid; the remaining balance must be paid at the latest 6 weeks before arrival, together with a deposit of EUR 350; certain conditions apply in the event of cancellation;
• Rental to a maximum of 4 people and pets are in principle not allowed.

Reservations

If you are interested and if the apartment is still available (see calendar) please fill in the form below stating the period, number of people and rental linen or not. Based on this, we will respond immediately and send you a detailed price proposal. After approval, a rental agreement is drawn up with all further information. Of course you can always send a message afterwards if you have any questions.
